Larry Bushman is the newest member of the Collision Advice team. He comes to us after twenty years in the customer service industry. He has developed and implemented employee training programs to ensure high levels of customer service. He has interviewed, hired and training new customer service employees and managers. He is a master at using customer service skills and suggestive selling to increase sales.
Larry cohosts most of our live virtual training courses, as well as providing technical support for students. He quickly builds trust, provides empathy and efficiently provides direction to students, ensuring their issues are resolved quickly.
