Charel Lock

Charel joins the Collision Advice team as a lead Coach.  She provides weekly,
30-minute coaching sessions to our Spartan 300 members on a variety of topics from financials, KPI benchmarking and standard operating procedures to leadership skills, customer service and building a great team culture.

Charel began her career in the automotive industry in sales and F&I.  Asked to fill
a need within the dealership, she began her journey learning the collision business.

For the last 12 years, she worked as Operation Manager for Five Star Automotive Group overseeing their 7 collision centers.  Responsible for developing and maintaining direct repair
relationships, OEM certification, training and the overall performance of the shops, her focus is always on
continuous improvement and growth.  Charel brings years of dealership understanding and experience to
Collision Advice.

Through the years, Charel has been extremely active with the NABC Recycled Rides and F.R.E.E. programs and gives back to her community by sponsoring community events several times each year. In her role as
Operations Manager for Five Star she also participated in Axalta’s Business Council and knows what it’s like to implement the great ideas generated from those events.
