course. Chris comes to Collision Advice with a wealth of skills, experience and knowledge from both the collision repair industry and insurance-side of the industry.
Having worked as a quality collision repair coach and auditor for several years, Chris brings a quality mindset based on OEM repair procedures. Chris is able to quickly build strong relationships with technicians and office staff based on trust and the
sharing of ideas. This frequently leads to deliverable results and employee growth. In addition, he can help guide both business leadership and staff through difficult business discussions in a way that is positive and productive.
Based on his knowledge of OEM Program audits, Chris can also lead a repair facility from the beginning of the process to full certification. In addition, his experience leading and managing team of damage appraisers in the insurance industry brings an organizational mindset that directly applies to collision repair facilities.
