Eddie Dietz Bio

Eddie joins the Collision Advice team as a course facilitator and in-shop consultant, after spending the last 10 years an active member in Collision Advice network.

Eddie was a partner and the COO of Lefler Collision and Glass, which was a 4 shop MSO in southern Indiana and western Kentucky. Eddie was with Lefler for over 20 years, and he handled day-to-day functions, training, marketing, and all areas of operation. In addition to traditional collision repair center duties, Eddie was also certified and conducted yearly CE training classes. He also wrote the content and did the presentations for Lefler’s industry-leading Ladies Night, Teen Driving Classes, as well as other tailored programs for the Girl Scouts, Mobile Nurses, and other similar businesses, where needing to know how to handle basic automotive maintenance and safety issues was paramount. Eddie also geared specific classes for several different commercial businesses in their market.

After selling the Lefler centers to Gerber Collision, Eddie was retained by Gerber to work with the entire market where those stores operated earning him knowledge and understanding of the business from the consolidator’s viewpoint regarding how those shops handle and view repairs. After finishing with Gerber, Eddie partnered again with Jimmy Lefler and Megan Williams to form 3P Marketing Solutions where they began to share their industry knowledge and experience with collision repairers on how to utilize marketing tactics, such as geofencing, Google AdWords, Facebook advertising, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others, that paid huge dividends to Lefler as they were growing their business.
