Milva joins the Collision Advice team as an Onboarding Coach. She works with all new Spartan 300 members to ensure that the right expectations are set and to get them
up-to-speed as quickly as possible with the group. She will be facilitating coaching calls for onboarding, customer service, CCC One and Entegral as well as classes on various CCC One topics.
Milva comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the industry. While she grew up around the business since her father owned a Collision Repair facility during the late 80’s in NJ, she never imagined making a career out of it.
After moving to South FL in the early 2000’s to complete her degree in Computer Networking, she worked for a dealership organization in the collision center for two years, followed by a regional MSO who is currently thriving in the area.
For 15 years, Milva worked in the Automotive Services Group at CCC Intelligent Solutions as a Client Solutions Advisor and most recently as a Strategic Solutions Advisor. On a regional level and national level, she provided value added customer service with focus on driving product usage, training/implementation, problem solving, business best practices and developing/maintaining relationships.
